One of your tasks for next week’s class is to get a blog and send me the address. If you’ve got one already that you’d like to use, that’s great—send along the site address. If you’re new to this whole blogging thing, then it’s fast and easy to get your own. There are some very handy step-by-step directions here at Professor Marlow’s site.
When you’ve got the site, please send me the address immediately–BY FRIDAY– so that I can post a link to it from our class site. As it says in the directions, the address should look something like this:

Your next task is to write TWO blog posts before our next class on Wednesday, Sept. 3. The first post is easy: you should write a post to the class that introduces yourself in 250-500 words. Tell us about what you study, what you do in your spare time, what you want to do with your life, etc. No restrictions here—just help us get to know you.
